About Apex Coaching Group

We sell in the business coaching space with an average ticket of $10,000. The offer converts, the fulfilment team is in place, and we're adding to the sales floor because we're leaving revenue on the table.

The role

You're qualifying and booking. Expect around 96 conversations a week, a mix of DM and phone, handing off only people who can actually afford the programme and have said so out loud.

Mixed inbound and outbound. Roughly two-thirds of your calls are booked for you.

What we're looking for

• 6+ months setting for a high-ticket offer
• Comfortable on the phone, not just in the DMs
• You log everything, so no deals get lost to a missing note
• Pipedrive experience (or you'll pick it up in a week)
• Your own quiet space, decent headset, stable connection

How we pay

Commission is paid weekly on collected cash, not on booked revenue. No cap, no draw against future deals, no clawback games.
