High-ticket sales hiring
deserved better than a DM.
Every setter and closer knows the routine. Screenshot the dashboard, post in three Facebook groups, sort through DMs, hope the person on the other end is real. Every founder hiring a sales floor knows the other half of it: résumés that say nothing, candidates who've never sold at your price point, and no way to tell the difference until the third call.
Remote Sales Jobs exists because that market is large, professional and completely underserved by the tools built for salaried hiring.
Powered by Closer Institute
Closer Institute trains and places high-ticket sales talent. Remote Sales Jobs is its hiring infrastructure. It is the place its graduates and the wider market meet the companies hiring them.
That vantage point is the reason the board is shaped the way it is. When you spend your days on both sides of the hire, training the people doing the closing, and fielding the companies asking for them, you learn quickly which listings waste everyone's time and which questions actually predict a good placement. Those questions became the fields on this board.

Kruze Hunter-Boyd founded Remote Sales Jobsto give high-ticket sales talent the hiring infrastructure the industry never built for itself: a place where a closer's track record is the credential, and where the companies hiring them have to say what the seat actually pays.
Four rules we don't bend for revenue.
A job board in this industry lives or dies on whether people believe the listings. These are the commitments that keep that true, including the ones that cost us money.
Comp gets stated, not hidden
Every listing has to declare its comp type, commission and realistic OTE before it can go live. If a company won't say what the seat pays, it doesn't belong on the board.
Nothing publishes itself
Sourced and submitted listings both land in a moderation queue and are screened for pay-to-work, MLM and unverifiable compensation. A human approves every listing you see.
No income promises
We don't publish earnings claims, guarantee placement, or let listings imply either. Commission income depends on the person and the company. Pretending otherwise is how this industry got its reputation.
The numbers belong to the candidate
A closer's stats are their asset. Profiles are theirs to control, self-reported figures are labelled as such, and nobody's data is sold on.
